Nov 24, 2009 8:33pm It's been a minute Rockivation group; what's good? just finished week 13 towards my power meet in February. deadlift 585, bench 425, squat sucked. I need a different mental approach to my squats- maybe scale back to 405 next week, go up 10lbs/wk and keep the reps at 5 or higher for 2 sets after my deadlifts. we'll see...
