Mar 22, 2009 11:33am Just got back to running after a month off with achillies tendinitis. I was stuck on the recumbinent bike. Feels so good to be back. Just did my first race sfter only two weeks training. Finished an 8k in 33:50.

Mar 1, 2009 4:39am Startin 2/3/09, I begin training for marathon No 4. Doing about 25 miles per week at 8min/mile on the treadmill. Hope to keep the speed on the road runs and higher distances.
