    My stats on the challange! 200 sledg swings 205 pelvic tilts 100 squat front kicks 105 pushups 210 rock pullovers 210 rock presses 19 minuets of bike while watching movie. This was done after regular workout on 5 hours sleep with lots of caffein!

    Folks.. I will be puting up a challange for oct on my blog if people are interested. One person contacted me and mentioned they were actualy interested again so I thought I would give it a go again. I did not get the best response last time. Good luck!!

    Now that im done being away from the computer... I think its time to start doing challenges again! I really enjoyed these before... As a Pro MMA fighter and hopefully soon a K1 fighter I cant wait to push myself~!!!

    Hay folks! I have been on a painfull hiatus lately but chiropractic cair has been working wonders! Have gotten mutch of my mobility and mutch of the pain and discomfort has subsided into discomfort and anoyance. Will hopefully be putting challanges back up soon! Might have an holloween and oct 28(My birthday) challanges!

    Sensi D! Sorry I have been busy and unable to do some of your challenges. I am pretty close to healed with ham injury, but not totally back into MMA, trying. Working on the latest project which is to compete in bodybuilding in Spring 2010. Starting to be able to lift pre-injury weight for hams, hooray! Hope all is will with team Shugyo and Sensi D. Happy training!

    OK people..here is what I got done as of today!! pushups......486 completed yesterday. Dive bomber pushups....220 completed on thursday. Goodmornings....633 completed on thursday. Finished planks today...althow I DID have to do three per side on thursday. CANT WEIGHT to see who else actualy finishes!
