Dec 23, 2008 3:46pm Increased insulin sensitivity is the way to get more bang for your buck in the game of gaining muscle. A trick that is proving to be very useful is 2 Tablespoons of cinnamon and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar before a meal is a good way to increase the insulin sensitivity thus making ways for more nutrients to be shuttled into muscle cells and away from fat.
What does this mean? It means make the best even better.
