One of the things i do is 5 sets of heavy weight incline barbel curls followed by a superset of a lighter weight, it works good for me but everyones different.

I love preacher curls. I do three different movements all for three sets, and I try and keep my reps between 6 and 10 , but I always go to failure. The three movements I do are inside grip, outside grip and then a reverse grip. After that I go the the Curl machine and do drop sets. And it is good to be sore for 5 days as long as you let your arms rest until they fully recover.

If you want mass, preacher barbell curls!! 3-4 sets 8-12 reps Preacher curls already stretch the bic, but for further stretching continue the curls; "but" using dumbells. Again 3-4 sets.

"Progressive overload" gives a wicked pump! Add weight & reduce reps during your workout. One of the most effective programs I've tried.

kitarpyar, i agree w/ the other guy-time will tell- however, high volume training is not necessarily needed for biceps and not great for everyone.we're not all austrian.haha if u stick to 3 sets of 10 or 4 sets of 8-10 for each arm workout (3 bi/3 tri) you should see growth if ur form is good and ur eating enough and ur weight it heavy enough. keep pushing the limit
