So during weak point training I would like to develop my chest to its best. Is there any advice on splits, routines, and the length between working chest out there I can use.

I train shoulders a day or two before chest... it helps me lift heavier on Dumbbell Flat Bench.

just felt like adding my 2 cents in here since I always forget to stop thru over the last couple of months I've added 6 sets of pushups of varying amounts and atleast one chest excerise to any upper body workout so far so good

Its all about variety an mixin it up! Some times do 30 reps, some times do 5 reps of a given excerice. Try timing yourself and see how long it takes you to do 50 or 100 reps.

Jay Jern, the added weight is the best thing you can do while doing pushups and dips etc. I do a set of 6 different calisthenic routines. The only problem is that I dont have that other person to add the weight for me. Solo training. It sucks not to have a partner. The results could be much more better if I had the assistance. But such is life, and I work with what I have to.

MEDICINE BALL PUSH UPS ARE GREAT ALSO. First put your feet up on one of the larger YOGA like balls....then use like a 3-4 kg medicine ball in neach hand to execute the pushups. The stability required to finish the movement is insane; however you will increase you core plus get a sick CHEST pump. ALso try doing regular pushups and have someone place a 35-45 lb plate in between your shoulder blades. Once you burn out, take it off and pump out a few more
