I no alot of people would like a group where there can be questions and answers just about how to build chests! I created these groups so everyone can come ...
We are a grounp of like minded people driven in sculpting better chests! Also see the other super groups if you intrested in building SUPER ARMS or SUPER BACKS

Nov 17, 2009 9:04pm I tried my own chest workout for 2 months straight,then another workout from someone elso for another 2 months,but I can't get good results. Anyone have a workout I could use?

Nov 13, 2009 3:56pm greatly need to enhance inner chest, and don't have access to pec-dec machines, free weight suggestions? P.S. already doing flyes is there a better way to focus on inner chest with these?

Apr 14, 2009 10:17am Im doing 52.5lb DBs on a flat bench right now. Im 14. Any tips for really boosting the weight? Should i focus more on triceps?

Apr 12, 2009 12:01am I train shoulders a day or two before chest... it helps me lift heavier on Dumbbell Flat Bench.

Apr 8, 2009 11:49am just felt like adding my 2 cents in here since I always forget to stop thru over the last couple of months I've added 6 sets of pushups of varying amounts and atleast one chest excerise to any upper body workout so far so good
