    i recently started on them ihavnt really gotten heavy on them cuz i wana do them right and not mess up with heavy weight lolol.its pretty simple u stand behind the bench or chair and uput 1 leg there and with the other leg ujus squat ha.i did em 190 for 15reps ima try 230 or something next week lolz ican go heavier but my friends dont wana lift the heavy barbell for me HAHAH

    Hahaha. Right on bro. Thanks for the advice man. Yeah I need to do something cause its starting to effect me mentally lol. The same routines are maikng my workouts feel more like a job. And less of a fun factor. One legged squats?? I'm very intrigued by this. lol. A good concentration exercise. What kind of weight are you hitting with these bro?

    haha ikno how u feel man iget that also but i try challenging myself with a new weight or something ha.ushould try 1 legged squat those r tough and would bring ur strength up quick. or ucould try overhead presses with the barbell or something to change it up a bit.train ur grip 2 so uwont struggle wen ur deadlifting lol.my holloween was nice iwent somewhere else not my neighberhood and got some good candy and saw hott chicks lolol

I'm currently in a workout rutt! (bored you know?) lol. Even though I switched up the days of certain workouts. It still feels routine. Need to find some new workouts to mix it up. How's your week going? How was your Holloween??

    Whats up bro. Sorry about the delay. Been sick. I'm currently hiting 355 on deadlifts. Partial deadlifts? No I can't say that I have tried those bro. lol. Do you like the results you get from those?

    Hahaha. Right on bro! Its good to train with someone. Yeah, I love that feeling!! Its your body telling you that its getting use to the weight! lol. My day was good. Had a good workout I did legs. And somehow I twisted my fingers at work. But I don't know what I did. lol. Its all good though I was still able to hit the weights this morning. Do you ever get injured but your glad the injury doesn't effect certain workouts? Thats how I'm feeling. lol.
