    Hahaha. Trust me when you get out there is a good chance you might miss it. lol. Man, I hate mondays. For some reason its the hardest day to train. lol. But I just got through it so I'm good. lol. Hey MK, do you getting the entire week off for the holiday this week?? lol.

    The holidays are cool. But I hope my friends can stay on track. I have been helping them train alot. But as you know Thanksgiving and Christmas can be a killer to fitness fanatics. lol. Stay focused guys. lol.

    Hahaha. Whats up bro. Its been a killer week bro. Been crazy! lol. I'm am looking forward to the holiday just so I can get some days off. lol. Training for me is good. I'm leaning down. I never thought about getting protein on black friday. Mostpeaople go to malls but there is probably no crowd at a GNC. Thanks for the idea. lol.

    Hey guys! I am beat! had a rough weekend. I was slacking a little with my workouts last week so I put it into overdrive this weekend to get me back mentally. It was worth it! I'm felling like million bucks!!! lol. Hey, MK, Thats cool man. Your turning in a personal trainer bro. lol. I don't know what the age limit is but have you ever thought about getting certified bro? lol.

    hahah who wouldnt call u they see those big arms curling 198lbs!lol wel man the weekend is here rest up haha hav u done the 1legged squats?there REALLY bringing my strength up quick faster than the normal squats lol.ihavnt found any good tasting 1s yet.im only takin creatine right now
