Bodyspace member Big Koncrete and I would like to help you achieve your goals in gaining lean muscle mass. Anybody can bulk up but it's about quality and not quantity! We have been lifting together for many years and know our experience and research can help you obtain your goals.
Let us all come together and help keep each other motivated and accountable. We want to build lean body mass naturally through hard work and dedication. Half of getting what you want is knowing what you must give up to reach your best condition!

Nov 16, 2009 2:37pm Awesome did you do your cardio right after the weight training session? Today I trained shoulders and triceps and did 30 minutes on the elliptical right after my weight training session. GET SWOLE!
