I started this group to give the team members a place to get together and support one another in their individual efforts for 09!

As a TEAM, we will motivate and help one another in any way possible. JP FIT does NOT accept limits!!!!!

Apr 22, 2009 12:06pm fitnessfitsyou, A tabata is a interval based exercise using 20 seconds of max intensity effort, followed by 10 seconds of recovery, then repeated until an alloted time expires. They are highly effective at increasing aerobic and anerobic systems simultaeously in a very short session. You can do a google search on the (Tabata is the name of the Japanese Guy who discovered it), loads of info is out there to help. I have a bodyweight circuit on my blog.
