A Team of those of us that have no quarrel with feeling the PAIN to get the gain. Those who know that the only way to the top is to climb. Those of us who know the only way to get on the other side of a wall is to bulldoze right thru it. Those of us who know that as a Team NOTHING is impossible.

Im just starting out. Any pointers on where to start. My main goal is to lose 25 lbs. I have man boobs, it's embarrassing and they need to go. Any pointers on workouts, foods I should eat, and when I should eat them. I would really appreciate all the feedback. thanks

Hey guys! Hope y'all had a successful day reaching those goals! Thank you for the opportunity to join. My goal is to have a great body, get into some competitions by next year this time, and most importantly feel great (and healthier) I have been away from the gym ...well and the fitness world for some times now. There is no excuse for the weight I have gained. I wish I realized sooner. Today I joined the local gym. So I am getting started. Any tips or advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Sup guy, I have been out of the gym for 18 months now. Won't post a reason because there are no excuses. The good news is I am back and been on it hard for the last couple weeks. The one thing I am glad about is my size is coming back a lot faster than it was getting it the first time. Hope all of you are having success with your fitness goals. Will catch up with you soon. Greetings! I'm currently on week 8 of my post pregnancy body transformation and am down 28 pounds! Homework: for me the how far I am willing to go is somewhat limited because I'm breastfeeding so I can't restrict too much. I am uping my exercise regime to two times a day which is extreme for me.
