Group Description

A Team of those of us that have no quarrel with feeling the PAIN to get the gain. Those who know that the only way to the top is to climb. Those of us who know the only way to get on the other side of a wall is to bulldoze right thru it. Those of us who know that as a Team NOTHING is impossible.

I'm 80% iron 20% cables. I prefer dumbells. I love getting the negative and isolation!

Free weights make up the bulk of my workouts. The only time i use machines is for a few leg movements and arms

I use both, but definitely use bbs and dbs more. I like to keep my muscles guessing and by using both, I can do that.

Just wanted to stop by and see how everyone was doing with their fitness goals. As for the HW: I like lifting with free weights. But, I am not extremely strong at all, so it's hard for me personally to keep moving weights around when I want to do leg presses and squats. So I have to use assistated machines.

Prefer free weights but when I'm strapped for time and/or don't have a lifting partner I trust, it's just easier and quicker to use machines.

HW: to be honest i rather trhow around Free weights than use any Fancy Machine... but i would use a Machine for example; a begginer who cant do a single push up i would emphazise the use of a Machine that works that body part and then work from there.

hw - I tend to do a combination of free weights, machines, and unconventional like chain and sandbag training. Each have their own benefit especially if you don't have a partner to spot you all the time. I seem to mostly be doing sandbag and free weights right now though.

Well I've been busy with school and haven't been able to get on here for a while. Just wanted to let everyone know that I'll be posting Thanksgiving recipes and tips for healthy Thanksgiving eating. I've posted three recipes so far so check them out and let me know what you think!
