A Team of those of us that have no quarrel with feeling the PAIN to get the gain. Those who know that the only way to the top is to climb. Those of us who know the only way to get on the other side of a wall is to bulldoze right thru it. Those of us who know that as a Team NOTHING is impossible.

Everyone that joins TEAM PAIN needs to make there goals public within the team. Everyone that joins TEAM PAIN must hold his brothers and sisters accountable. TEAM PAIN members must be respectful of every member, we are all at a different phase of our training and we can ALL learn something from one another.

Oct 19, 2009 9:35am Just wanted to stop by and see how everyone was doing with their fitness goals. As for the HW: I like lifting with free weights. But, I am not extremely strong at all, so it's hard for me personally to keep moving weights around when I want to do leg presses and squats. So I have to use assistated machines.
