    Good morning team! I had an off week this week. Body out of sync. just plain weird. Starved all the time. couldn't hardly get up in time 4 workouts. Did not crumble on diet ,ate clean,just more. worked out hard and had good ones,just missed y/day too tired . Ready 2 Kill it this Am. Did 180 0n leg extensions 4 10 reps last w/out! quads really growing!

    @sandi, Normjaso & MissTeacher--WTG!!! Keep up the great work!! @gtronnes--Thanks SO much for the kind words!! Coming up on my 6th week of working with Steve...4 weeks on EFD and 1 on the PFD... and I am feeling GREAT! I have NEVER been so motivated as I am at this point. Changes are still taking place and I am looking forward to my 2 mth progress pics already!! Hope everyone has a great weekend! :)
