Feb 19, 2009 5:54pm Progress report; From Dec. 24, 2008 to Feb. 19, 2009 I have gained 6 lbs. lean mass, added 1 inch to my chest, added 3/4 inch to my biceps, and lowered my bodyfat slightly.
