go to
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/team_scivation_main_page.htm
about 1/3 way down on the right side, there is a button to press to get a personalized diet and exercise plan. It is for free and it does work, so I highly recommend it.
welcome aboard

Nov 2, 2009 4:39pm frank and hitman... I think that I am actually warmer since I've started working out (more than 6 months now) because of better circulation. On the other hand, if there's a breeze, I seem to feel it a lot more.

Oct 27, 2009 11:49am hitman - i would say it is the first one easily. a lot of people just dont care until it is beach season.
I will say that since starting this program and losing the fat that i have had, i seem to be naturally colder. I guess that is part of losing fat =.

Oct 26, 2009 9:29pm just something i was thinking, wonder if theres any research on colder seasons leading to fat gain. is it due to the fact that people are aware they will have their shirt off less so they dont watch calories as much? or is it because your body naturally responds to the temperature drop by holding onto fat more because of evolutionary reasons. hmmm
