    Thanks SemeSmash! I wish I would have got first place....100K! But ill take free money and a good body any day! haha! Junior 8 months to bulk up 30 LBS! You can do it man. I love bulking cause my diet can be semi strict!

    I went threw corrective jaw surgery aug 17th... All went well, I still having hard time eating but taking full advantage of crazy whey milkshakes. I did however lose lots of weight, being light in the first place i'v lost muscle. I'v been going back to the gym just now that i am in college and notice how much i'v lost. Definitly gonna have to work hard. got a solid 8months to gain 30lbs hopefully..

    Well actually ive dropped weights on my foot couple of times..no worries though..i kept going to the gym..mind over matter..keep it rollin bro. depends how bad your feet is..dont know how long till it heals.

    Im just 17 yrs old and yesterday i freakin dropped a 45 pound weight on my toe while lifting....Has this ever happened to anyone here and if Yes then How long would it take to get back to lifting again?????....hopefully i can go back to lifting on monday
