@ sean. I've been doing this split for a few wks now and love it. (Do cardio on you of these two days) 1.Back, bis. 2.Chest, shoulders, tris. 3. Just Cardio. (Do cardio on you of these two days) 4. legs. 5. Back, bis. 6. Cardio. 7. Day off.
