    I am back and more motivated than every. I have made progress as you can see in my charts. However, still have no six pack. I am asking all hands on deck to help me get there. I have goals to achieve this next month and half and will not allow any obsticles to get in my corner. I want that six pack. I want that ultimate fitness level achieved!

    hello everyone. i was wondering if any one could give me some advice on how to write up a good diet. im having a hard time staying on track...if anyone has some tips or tricks that they would like to share or have suggestions on how to write a diet that would be great.
