We are a TEAM of people who are goal oriented and are out to help others with there goals as well. So when some one needs help and support we are here to help and be that shoulder to lean on and or be the one to give someone that extra push that they might be in need of.
trying your best is just sometimes not good enough so that is where we come in to try and give people that extra push and support that they need

people wanting to be a part of this group have to be ready to do there best because the people in this group right now work 12 hours a day 6 days a week and still manage to go to the gym three to four days a week and give it all they have

Nov 17, 2009 8:05am whats going on brothers and sisters i have had a mountain to climb i came down with an illness that has knocked me down but i can not and will not stay down. i have been off from all forms of exercise for more than two weeks now but that ends today i am going back to the gym and picking up where i left off because i am a machine and nothing gets in my way of my goals. i hope that everyone is doing well if anyone needs anything feel free to contact me anytime

Nov 13, 2009 5:01pm Good morning team swole or whatever time it is in your part of the world. Read an interesting article today... "Lat Pulldowns," how many of us do them behind the neck. The article talks about the dangers to the rotater cuff due to the rotation of the shoulder back then pulling straight down. My opinion? Stay light behind the head (warm-up) and as much as you dare in the front.

still steady at 123lbs.... i need to start cardio again if I am going to want to get that toned stomach! Thought I could do this with just weight training and eating clean.

Nov 11, 2009 7:21am What's up team swole? Hope everyone is enjoying their Veteran's Day. I weighed in at 199 lbs. two days in a row now and I am looking for a consistent 200 as a short term goal. My overall goal is 210 lbs. so I've reduced my cardio some and changed my workout up to reach this goal. Feb 1st is my target date to accomplish this weight.

Nov 7, 2009 10:39am hey everyone! Still feeling good about my workout. I kind of slacked off last week and this week, only worked out twice, but still losing weight! Time for me to start hitting it hard again! Mainly need to tone up and get some muscle definition going on.
