Oct 22, 2009 5:15am How's everyone doing with progress? I'm really trying to up the motivation for the final weeks, here... Pushing the workouts and trying to eat perfect!! Trying to do more weighted ab work. I think I'm on track, but I'm upping the intensity. WAY MOTIVATED!

Oct 13, 2009 7:59am I just got out my "before" pics out last night to see how I'm doing...I have made a lot of progress so far, but have a looooong way to go. My legs have ZERO def. Half to CRANK the leg stuff this last half of the contest. Get out your before pics for feedback! It really helps you see where you came from & what still needs to be done.

Oct 2, 2009 5:00am Don't forget to drink lots of water! Have a huge salad each day with lots of veggies, and try to combine a protein and a carb with each meal/ snack. Push each workout and try to do at least one thing better/ heavier/ faster than last time. Get rid of all the junk in the house so you won't be tempted to eat it!! Nutrition is 90% of your battle.
