Okay, TeenBulk is a group of teenage bodybuilders weighing 130 lbs to 160 lbs. We all have the goal of making some quick gains during our bulking phase. We've created this group as a form of competition.

    Just had had my 7am whey shake and breakfast at 730AM big egg white omlette with 1 piece of American cheese made into a sandwich with 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 glasses of water, multii V and flax.. The staple :)

    If you can make a better logo (I don't have Photoshop on this computer), please submit it to me. Our first competition will, most likely, be held on the first of October, so stay tuned.
