    hey wats up guys, im new and just got back from vacation. I finally got a gym pass which i have been postponing for a couple months, before i was jus using my dumbells n bench press in the basement. il keep you posted!

    what are your guys training splits like? right now im doin dorian yates time of routine, lower volume but HIGHH intensity I love it. Ill do 12 sets for back and legs, 9 for chest and shoulders, 6 for arms which i hit twice a week, first FST-7 style second time 2 sets of 6 real heavy everything is 8 - 10 reps, maybe 12 for some movements i use a lot of dropsets and respause techniques i used to use more volume but since changin to this, i will never go back haha
