Yesterday, 9:12am I hope everyone's weekend is starting off great!! Going to try out my new YMCA membership today. It's going to be my first day back to the gym in... uh, well I can't remember how long it's been.

Our next show will talk about artificial muscles and we'd like to talk about them with a few body builders around to show real muscles at their finest. If you are interested please contact us.
