BodyGroup Description

We all want to transform our bodies and feel better about oursleves. By joining this group you should be prepared to be motivated by others. We are the contagous group of motivators! In 12 weeks we will all have defined abs and bulging biceps. Where will you be? You cant beat us so you might as well join us.

Looking to start my 12 week transformation following this program I lost over 30 kilo's after joining my local health club but things have started slowing down i have been finishing off week 3 of the dtp program very intense looking forward to it nice to meet you all :)

I could use some advice. I just got my second body density7 test on the 12 week transformation but I got mixed news. I lost 6 pounds of fat but also 5.5 pounds of muscle. I'm not trying to become a skeleton! My protein intake is 1g/lb bodyweight. Do I need to increase carbs, protein? What do you think?

This is my 1st attempt at completing a program. I am 100% committed to making a lifestyle change and implementing more structure into my life. I plan on starting Kris's 12wk program in a couple of days however, I'm having a tough time trying to figure out total calorie intake per day, portion size, and timing. I'd like to go grocery shopping today and meal prep tomorrow, anybody have any suggestions or advice about what I can do to figure out how much and how often I should be eating per day?

Sitting at Day 10 of this program, so far my energy levels feel like it has being drained probably because my body is not use to doing all that cardio but so far I must say this program is probably one of the best programs I have ever followed.

going on this programme for a 4th time but changing my time when i train going the gym for 5am because the gym is to crowded at 6pm till 10 so thinking of an earky start then a days work and in bed for 8 to 8.30 pm dony no if its a good idea or not

Well, I had a baby 11 weeks ago and went back to the gym 3 days after delivery. I was lifting and doing cardio, but now I am ready to kick it up a notch and am starting the 12 week program tomorrow! Can't wait to see the transformation!
