Since we're doing cardio 20 min twice a day I thought I would share this. I've been doing it for a week now and have noticed a spike in my metabolic rate as well as how much I sweat doing cardio. on week 7 of the programme 2nd time around 1st time i lost about 2.5 stones this time its really poor doing it the same as before droped 4lbs in the first 2weeks and have put 2lbs of it back on dont no why the results im getting are so bad

I now understand the meaning of true muscle failure. Week 4 legs, i stepped off the curb outside and my legs almost gave out.Feels good to find limits.

I just finished the program and I was confused as to proper cardio intensity as well. Kris sprained his angled on the next to last day saying he was trying for more intensity. I tried to always touch a 150 or 160 during each cardio even if I averaged 120 BPM. As cardio goes I know that's low but he looked like he was cruising in the videos

i have one question about the cardio....in the video the intensity of cardio that kris does is really low like simple walking...so can we really get off with so low intensity cardio...please tell me cauz i am running like 3 km in 20 mins n its really boring doing such high intensity cardio twice a day....so pllz help

Hey everyone.. just joined this group and pretty impressed with many of the results, hoping that would be me soon... i'm following kris gethin's 12 week daily video trainer, week 2 day 11...Should be expecting a firmer body by the end of this? cause the skin on my lower back and tummy isn't as tight i would like it to be... any advice for maximum results would be highly apprectiated

On day 41 and I can start to feel unbelievably drained and forgetful as if I am using 100% fat source throughout the day.....Love/Hate the feeling! Can't wait for the weigh in this week!
