Hi to all. Going to start the 12 week transformation program from Kris Gethin next week. Maybe someone can help me with one question. Kris gives a nutrition plan but does not mention which amounts to take. Can anybody tell me how many grams of carbs, protien, fats I should take in which week. I would like to know these amounts per kilogram (or pound) of lean body mass so I can calculate the amounts I should take. I know this should vary for every week in the program. HELP ANYBODY!!!

Wanted help. how do I train to gain muscle mass? I only workout on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday at home! I have weights, bars, bench seat, flying machine, flat bar. Could someone help me?
