Nov 14, 2009 4:29pm So 3 weeks into Bulking and the re-appearance of love handle has me freaked a little. That being said I'm pretty happy with the gains in strength and the size on my chest. I'll have to clean up my eating some and increase cardio a bit. BTW you guys should check out my profile page I got transformation of the week this week in the over 40.

Nov 13, 2009 3:18pm I have a question about the 12 week transformation program. Can I do the cardio in the same workouts + the warmup?

Nov 12, 2009 5:25pm You should not do cardio on an empty stomach because you end up wasting muscle. At least have a pre cardio whey shake with about 20 grams of protein.

Nov 12, 2009 6:41am Depends are you def doing cardio in the morning first thing? Are you working out on high weights to failure for 3 sets of 8-12? Are you maintaining enough protein in your diet? Are you supplementing with BCAA and Glutamine? Could be all kinds of factors
