We all want to transform our bodies and feel better about oursleves. By joining this group you should be prepared to be motivated by others. We are the contagous group of motivators! In 12 weeks we will all have defined abs and bulging biceps. Where will you be? You cant beat us so you might as well join us.

    Keep up the good work everyone! I'm back to eating clean and plan to drop another 13 pounds by the end of the year. Currently training for a big triathlon season next year!

    Things are going great at the moment..up to day 12...have lost some weight and am feeling strong. Just gotta keep the motivation up and no excuses on the food. Does anyone else find that eating 6 times a day makes you feel MORE hungry?

    getfitandstayfit . The "Animal Cuts" will not have you disqualified from a competition. None of the over-the-counter fat burners will. Only some pro-hormonal supplements might. Good luck with your transformation and your competition

    Hey y'all, I'm want to transform my body to compete in a natural figure competition. Does anyone know if the supplement "Animal Cut" contain any ingredients that can disqualify me for the competition? If yes, what fat burner would you recommend that I use. Thanks guys

    hey everyone. joined group last night, looking forward to transformation, and looking better than what I did last year Nov. Although that was the best I ever looked and felt, I Know I will look better than that in a few weeks! Currently in week 2, and looking forward to today's leg exercises!!!

    So here it goes guys, I'm new to this group and in this last year I've lost a total of 90 lbs of fat and gained around 15 - 20 lbs of muscle. My current weight is 180 down from 270. This coming month BB.com is going to put me in as a transformation over 40. In the coming year I would like to gain another 25 lbs of muscle.
