Day 1. I am a bit confused because I want to lose weight and gain muscles but my friend doesn't need to lose weight but gain muscles. So he chooses bodybuilding, and I choose lose weight button and it both takes us to Kris's programme. So do you think this program is for both the ones who wanna lose weight and also gain muscles?

@thejas That's something you'd probably want to talk to your doctor about. However, I'd say use the warm up sets to judge whether or not a particular exercise is going to bug your injury. If so, maybe try something else to avoid further damage.

Day 28 leg workout was crazy! 175 legs presses, along with 60 squats! Legs are sore!!!

Week 10 DTP chest and back yesterday...feeling it today. Time for some cardio and maybe yoga later.

Week 1 Day 2 today. Yesterday was good and trained the legs hard. Feeling it today! The only issue I had yesterday was the quantity of food. I have never been one to eat massive meals. There is just too much food for the first week. Maybe once my metabolism speeds up I will be able to eat the quantities suggested.
