the reason i started this group is because tall people have it so much harder then all those below 6 foot! we have to get twice as big to look as impressiv ...
getting huge and shredded isnt easy, especially when your tall! but with the help of everyone we can all do it together!
Group Commitment
"Every member of this group committed to..."
everyone that joins the 6 foot and up club must firstly be ober 6 foot tall, and they must also be committed to gettin shredded!

Oct 19, 2009 6:58pm I am 6 foot and around 2 inches. I want to get cut (not big). How can I best do this? I only weigh 165 pounds so I think every gram of muscle is going to make me look cut. What do you guys recommend?
High reps low weight?
Low reps high weight?
Thanks for the help guys

Oct 13, 2009 2:48pm some of the most important shoulder exercises for me has been seated shoulder DB press, but also one exercise that has been very discussed: one arm lateral raise (make the weight as big as possible, so you have to swing it up)

Sep 25, 2009 7:39pm I take two drugs to help with my knee and for a while i've wanted to know more specifics a great site is www.medicineNet.com
It explains everything in detail quickly and without all the big fancy words that medical professionals like to use.

Aug 21, 2009 9:23am So I need to let off some steam. I spent an extra 15 minutes in the gym this morning because every machine that I attempted to use I had to readjust a minimum of 3 times because I'm over 6'3"!! Grrrrrr!!!! Ok... I'm done venting now :)

Aug 21, 2009 7:46am Ok I did it, I started..lol, Now to get to work, being over 6 ft is great but Ilook forward to seeing the results AFTER i reach my goals. All i have to do is start a routine..now that i am over 30 my slim build is starting to fill out, so i will really need to work hard.

Jul 12, 2009 5:06pm for (many) tall people, its a lot easier to get ripped because of the height, metabolism and a lot of other things. but yes definitely! When your arms are maybe 3cm's longer you have to push that much more :) so to lift 100 kgs as a tall guy needs more muscle strength than for a not so tall guy.

Jul 9, 2009 6:24pm Yea I can relate, their is this one dude that's 5'6 and is more ripped, but im a alot stronger than he is, which is a pain, given that it would take me a longer time to be as riped as he is

Jul 6, 2009 8:38am I totally agree, not taking anything away from anyone out there working their Ass off, but it's just more impressive looking.

Jun 11, 2009 1:48pm On the other hand, someone over 6 foot who is shredded, and well cut (or ripped to shreds) is far more impressive than a 5 foot person who is also shredded, well cut or "ripped to shreds. I am glad I am over 6 foot tall. And working as hard as I can to one dayI maybe ... "ripped to shreds"!
