Thanks Nen. Had a good full body workout this morning. I am priming for impact by waking up all those sleeping muscles.

BTW, I don't recall a full week where every day I've felt like so much of my body has had its backside kicked so hard as with this chin-up program. That's why I mention the muscle below, I've gone way beyond what I'm used to for pushing myself every day, twice a day most days.

Very dissapointed in my weigh-in this morning. Still at 181 - no change from Wed. I ate nigh perfectly too. The only thing I can think of is that this chin-up routine might have added muscle, because my body fat % dropped (but the Omron fluctuates, take that with a big ass block of salt). But if I somehow added muscle when over -1000 kC/day, then the experts must be wrong about muscle gain/eating/fat loss. Hmm.

nen, I made a small spreadsheet listing the foods I ate almost all the time, along with the calories, protein/fat/carb grams. It made it easy for a while to figure out what I each each day just by typing in the number of servings. Now I know most of those well enough to just whip through them in my head, I did it probably an hour ago in fact. I'm at about 1800 kC for today.

Alright team. Starting tomorrow morning, I am going at it hardcore. My goal is to increase mass. Its time to stretch some skin! I just hope my shoulder can withstand. It feels pretty good now.

@nen, yes, I do count. What can make that a little easier is I use fitday.com. You can keep track of your calories burned for exercise and you can plug in your foods. If they don't have it on their list you can plug in your own custom foods nutritional value. It is quite handy. But to count calories you have to make sure you are honest in your portion sizes and write down EVERYTHING that goes into your mouth.

Pack, do you count calories? I am going to give it a shot this next 4 weeks. Try to consmue 7000 calories less each week than my estimated maintanence level "3500 calories per pound of fat". I have never counted calories before becuse it is such a pain in the a$$

No weight loss. I think I've gained a few actually. Ate candy with the kids Saturday. I have notice a rather large strength increase. I dunno what is going in exactly. I can tell you I work weight in a split Mon-Fri. Saturday and Sunday off from all weights. Cardio every day burning between 800-1200 cals depending on duration.

Nen, 7# is not too shabby. Good job. Kulzor, you have come a long way in a short time. Hard work does pay off.
