We believe that most people's hardgainer problems could be solved by getting a heavy-as-hell barbell loaded onto their back and putting their ass to the ground. Spread the word of the benefits training hard and training simply provide. Keeping each other motivated to keep breaking PR's. Eventually break the 1000 lb marker for the Big Three to start qualifying for powerlifting competitions.
