    so I am getting ready for my first bb comp. 6 weeks my buddy that competes and looks great all the time cuts carbs to 0 for the last 2 weeks and then eats 1lb of peanut mm and a jar of honey the day of. Is this a good idea am I going to loose to much muscle in the 2 weeks or not fill out with those carbs quick will i look flat or soft? Please help point me in the right direction.
