I started this group for body spacers 2 send videos and and help each other out in the times of motivation and desire reign.......WHEN those who are ready ...
We are IRON LEAGUE in the GYM that is our soul. We will don our straps,gloves,belts, and chalk...POWER lift our way 2 the top. WHETHER you are in NYC,OHIO,TEXAS,MARYLAND whatever....We WANT you! Ladies do not feel out of place...you are more WELCOME 2 join the GROUP....We will meet in NY, OR DEPENDING where we go, we will meet ...
Pushing IRON to the limit...helping others reach their dreams no matter what it is....
Meet up for a possible meet at the OLYMPIA...and if not that, FOR SURE THE ARNOLD CLASSIC next year to take pics and videos and hopefully workout!!
