    Great points Nuclear. Did it 1/2 a**ed and screwed up back once, I go light weight higher reps, get the better results with perfect form.

    I hate to admit it, but pneumonia was kicking my ass for the better part of the last 2 weeks. I'm happy to say I can now kick my own ass again in the gym as opposed to that blasted health stumbling block!

    SQUAT ASS KICKING TIME: If you don't do 'em right kick your ass and start over with two 45s or whatever your normal minimum would be. This would be your penalty for not keeping it REAL! Works for me. Keeps you HUMBLE. If you're not sure you're going all the way to parallel or all the way down, have a buddy or someone watch you every now and then. In the meantime keep kicking your own ass for REAL this time!!! BOOYA!
