Feb 1, 2009 5:11pm Entering my 5th week of cutting. Geez, feel like I hit a wall--not getting anywhere fast. Just bought a new scale--shows weight and bodyfat. Weighed in at 167.8 lbs. and 18.5% bodyfat. Plan to keep track of these data on the new scale. Will weigh in every am. Hope to see some continued drop in bf.

Jan 8, 2009 5:37am Into my 5th day of cutting. So far, so good. Not feeling terrible at all. Actually feel great, minimal hunger pangs, not as bad as last year (my first cut) when the hungry feeling was pretty bad. Maybe this part gets easier--each cut. Anyway, I like the feeling of tighter abs and obliques. Beginning to see them again! Planning to cut down to 6% bodyfat. I've never been less than 11%, so this is new territory.

Dec 30, 2008 5:45am Into my 18th week of bulking up. Weighing in around 173, about 15 lbs over comp weight. Resistance training has been going good--pounding the shoulders--started doing slow and fully extended dips (OMG/painful--overcoming arthritis) but it seems to really hit the traps--beef.
