This group is for people who are not satisfied with being normal! To be average to us isn't enough. We want to do one arm pullups, we want to be the strongest person they know, we want to run faster than Husain Bolt and fight better than Ali...we want it all!!

Hi Everyone! So since I swiched from my cutting training to my gainer training I have been seeing some amazing results. I have gained 10lbs of muscle in the last 2 1/2months and I keep impressing myself everyday in the gym! Keep up the hardwork, and if anyone needs a little advice dont hesitate to ask.

So I have been very frustrated with myself as of late. I have been in the gym everyday trying to work towards my goal of bodybuilding. I have been eating my 40/40/20 split of 8 meals a day. Also I have been using slow reps with high intensity and heavy wieghts at the gym. I have also been using the FST7 system as well. I lost size in my chest and also in my shoulders :( This is not what I want. I need some advice for gaining more mass.

Im usually the one helping people at the gym or giving out advise, but Im in need for some knowledge. Im having difficulty getting motivated at the gym to put up heavier weights. I was once at 200lbs and 12%bf. Yesterday I racked out ten reps with 720lbs on the leg press. I havent seen that in a while but it took me a long time to get to that point yesterday. Any suggestions?

Im trying to make solid steady gains and im not seeing much result. I have all the tools available to becoming succesfull i just dont know if im using them properly. I am 110 % dedicated to body building i need somone who is willing to give me a few tips that have worked for them
