When I was younger people with no ambition told me I couldn't achieve ...now they are asking me how I did it. I started this group for people with a ...
This group is for people who are not satisfied with being normal! To be average to us isn't enough. We want to do one arm pullups, we want to be the strongest person they know, we want to run faster than Husain Bolt and fight better than Ali...we want it all!!
To be superhuman in everything we put our mind to! Follow a plan and stick to it, brush all the negative comments off and feed off the positive. To prove people wrong and show who's boss!!
Group Commitment
"Every member of this group committed to..."
We will strive towards achieving superhuman goals! No one or nothing will dent our confidence or slow our progress. We will stay clear of the haters, and most importantly avoid all forms of kryptonite!!

Oct 9, 2009 1:09am If anyone has thoughts regarding plyometric/physio ball/kettle bell exercises to assist me in improving my core lift performance- bench press, squat, Olympic press, deadlift- it would be much appreciated.

Sep 18, 2009 10:37am Heavy weight, full range of motion and good form should help your calves grow tremendously.. No bouncing! Also try hitting them from the different angles; seated which works mainly the soleus, and then donkey raises and standing calf raises which work the gastrocnemious. Here is a good article to review.. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/greatcalves.htm
hope it helps and good luck.

Sep 18, 2009 10:37am Usually the problem a lot of people have on calves is there they start cramping or exhaust the plantar muscle in the bottom of the foot and makes it cramp or become painful during exercise. The calves should be treated like every other muscle; light easy warm up, one working set then load on the weight! Too many people try to high rep there calves into growing.. Do you high rep your chest into growing?

Sep 1, 2009 7:36pm What's good Superhumans? I finally got my best friend on here(http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/chozy/)
He used to be in great shape and used to model. Working full time and owning two clubs has kept him out of the gym and away from himself. I want him to stay motivated and be at his best again. If you guys would, show him some love and try to motivate him in any way you can. Thanks!!
