Feb 9, 2009 4:59pm How is everyone doing, I got a little cardio in 2day. 35 mins walking the treadmil b4 bed then a 4miler once I got up.
I need to get my weights in.

Feb 5, 2009 6:08am I don't know when I wrote that I'd be layering in the cardio. However, its been added. 2 times a week. HIIT 10-15 minutes, followed by slow steady state for 20-30 minutes.
Oh the boredom, but hey, lets save all the good tricks for later. Its just February at this point.
