CFH, I'm totally with you on being our own worst critic. In fact, it might have gotten worse as I've lost all this weight so far. Either that or I've gone from just wanting to lose weight to becoming hell-bent on getting in great shape. *shrug* My pleasure again, Paul. I wasn't riding you so much as trying to give you the fuel, or mentality to fight back in future workouts. :)

Need to make a public thank you to Kev, aka KULZOR. Thanks for always being the one to kick me in the butt when I post negative blogs and being so positive and supporting always And CFH, keep up the good work. PR's are always a bonus

Hey CFH you can't complain about any gains. So they not as good as you may hope for, but they are gains none the less. Besides the numbers aren't that bad

Minor victory for the month of September. Lost 7.5lbs and seeing some real changes. Best month for a while. Kind of interesting, best result for a while when I've avoided scales, tape measure and the mirror for a month. The more relaxed about what needs to be done, the more sucessful. Go figure

Sorry I haven't contributed to the group in a while. I've recently switched to a bulk and I'm on my 6th week of Madcow's 5x5. I'm making the steady gains in strength the workout requires. Right now I'm stronger than I have ever been in my life. My lifts aren't spectacular compared to some but they are to me. I'd still go out on a limb to say 275 for full deads is pretty good. That's with a quick reset to the floor between each rep as well. Hope all of you are doing well.

Moved to cleveland for school, cant afford to join a gym now. Still eating healthy, probably better than when I lived in columbus. I'm down to 200 lbs now, there is a small gym w/ machines for my apartment complex but my student ID doesnt work so i cant get in. As long as i am still losing weight I am happy, but I hope to be back in the gym soon.
