Just wanted to halla to fokes, I just got started in the group. My thing that I am working on is getting clean by eating right, I do exercise on a daily basic about 6x a week a couple times a day at will. It doesn't seem like I eat enough calories to not have the scale change but I guess it is so, I just don't know how i can exercise so much and the scale not move.
