    hey guys, did legs the other day and my legs are KILLIN!!! love it :) i did 2 sets warm up on ext, hacks for 4 sets, lunges for 3 sets, leg press for 4 sets, leg ext for 5 sets and leg curls for 4 sets and calves....train hard

    Hy. My workout skeduler is 4 days/week Back + biceps, Leggs, Chest+Triceps, Shoulders+Abs. I want you to give me some advices about how many exercices and series to do to put some muscle. My doctor told me not to work with too heavy weights
