    This was a great season for me. I plan to become an IFPA Pro next season. I got very close this year but I need to bring up my cuts in my quads. Good luck to all.

    Hey guys, it's finally here, the end of the week, but I have two more days to workout before my rest day. This Saturday I will take my bodyfat and measurments. Have a great weekend

    Hello team, what is everyone upto, leave some feed back. For the next couple of weeks, I will write what I do to get prepared for a show. Everyone does it different, so just read mine and leave what you do to prepare for a show.

    This Saturday (1-10-09) I will take my bodyfat, weight and measurements. I will also will take pictures, Front Rear and both sides.

    Sunday morning I got legs today. 3 exercises today on legs , 4 sets 12 to 15 reps. My sets will be Heavy and Light. My cardio will follow after my workout today with only 20mins. Don't forget to get that 1 gallon of water intake in ior how ever much you can, it's important.

    I will take measurments and Weight every two weeks. My diet has started as of 1-4-2009. i will also take pictures every two weeks also to track my progress. This process will 1-10-2009.
