Sep 22, 2009 3:24am This was a great season for me. I plan to become an IFPA Pro next season. I got very close this year but I need to bring up my cuts in my quads. Good luck to all.

Jan 4, 2009 6:42am Sunday morning I got legs today. 3 exercises today on legs , 4 sets 12 to 15 reps. My sets will be Heavy and Light. My cardio will follow after my workout today with only 20mins.
Don't forget to get that 1 gallon of water intake in ior how ever much you can, it's important.

Jan 3, 2009 10:00pm I will take measurments and Weight every two weeks. My diet has started as of 1-4-2009. i will also take pictures every two weeks also to track my progress. This process will 1-10-2009.
