Hell yeah Big Will, between my two cardio sessions a day and weight training, I almost believe there's not many that work harder than myself but I know there's some out there doin it that much more or even a level of intensity that is greater. Dave

doin it right, yo bro i used to think the same thing like around 4-6 sets of like 5 reps, but now i train with a ifbb pro and he has us always doing at least 10 and max 12 reps, sounds like too many to me, what wow does it work with my gains the last few months compared to my old ones, give it a shot. For example, incline press. 2 sets warm, 135x16, then 2 sets 185x12, then like 205x9-10 reps. then move on to flys.

Well I switch up my chest routine quite often but a typical work out session would involve either 5 sets of 5, or 4 sets of 8 on the bench. Then I move on to db bench for 3 sets of 5, then db chest fly's or cable fly's, and then I'll usually finish out the chest with incline bb. I dont know what the deal is, maybe Im over-training, but I've been stuck on the same weight for a pretty long time.

Yeah i love incline smith press also, i have had past shoulder issue so it helps alot. Great upper chest mass builder. Dips are an amazing exercise.

i do heavy weights, 3 sets, 6-8 reps, and increase the weight every 2-3 sessions. current chest routine consists of incline smith machine, close grip bb, cable flys, weighted dips. i also like to throw in flat and decline db bench press. hope that helps bro!

I used to do the same old dumbbell press every week, and i could barely bench 185lb on the flat bench, i started doing alot of incline press and dumbbell cable flys with my new workout partner like 6 months ago, and i double tapped 245lb for my best record today. Could try that, but whats your chest workout like?
