Mar 2, 2009 8:08am I star aking Animal Pack, do you recomend to take all at once or trough the day is small portions? My work out is at 10.00 pm every day and I'm trying to find the times for my ammino, creatine and proteine intakes, any sugestions or places where to find this info. I'll really appreciate your advices.
