I have really enjoyed being on BodySpace. It would be great to help support and be supported by those people who are living in my home state of Utah.

Group Description

You don't have to be ripped and you don't even have to be in shape to join this group. You just have to be willing to support all those in this group who want to get and stay healthy for whatever reason.

Our man Chad is in Australia right now weighing in and getting ready for the next 2 days of the ABA Natural Olympia. Give him your thoughts and prayers. Send good vibes his way.

Do them both. The Spring show is to get the feel of the comp. Then you have those few months to refine things for the fall show. Besides, once you've joined NGA, your membership is for a year, so you might as well get in the two shows.

I went to the NGA Northern states bodybuilding show at Roy High last Saturday, not as bad as I thought it would be. I believe I can do a show. My question is, do I do the April or Sept/Oct 2010 show.

Definitely go to a couple to get a feel for the challenge ahead. The two he mentioned are going to be quite different from each other, so see them both to get a feel for which direction you want to go.
