    I am very curious about what a BB vegetarian diet looks like. What are your experiences in this? How do you build muscle and keep fat% down? Thanks very much.

    My trainer says I should carb. cycle. She thinks I need more protien and less cabs in general. She thinks I need to eat meat and I won't. Any suggestions.

    hey guys and gals, im new to this group, just realised in the comments there's not much on lentils! they come in great variety, are a great protein source and can be very versatile in dishes! cant say enough about them lol!
