Apr 11, 2009 11:44am Had super workout yesterday on Back, Delts and Arms. I dug in a little more and made sure I hit failure on all exercises. On the bi/tri superset at the end, I made sure I hit peak contraction and went for the pump. Man loved it. Lats felt like big sheets of swole beef. Shoulders felt more than 3ft wide. Veins started poking thru. Till I can cause an eclipse with my lats!

Feb 14, 2009 11:44am Had a most excellent chest and trap workout yesterday. My pecs were majorly swole and are still sore. I do think they have continued to get bigger as well. Did BB Flat Bench, Inc BB Bench, Pec Deck and Lo-Hi Cable Crossovers. Nice to see I can still do at least 205 for 10, sans spot. Now if I can continue this intensity and continue going up in lift weight, I should come out with a much bigger chest come June.
