We want washboard abs so when summer comes around we have no embarresments about taking off our shirts, and we'll work hard to get there!!!

Detailed Goal

Training abs is'nt easy or very fun. But we'll work together to get are midsections into shape. If we all motivate each other we can overcome this task, which won't be easy and well all train abs at least twice a week and then by summer are abs will be rock solid and defined!

    ( along with an hour lf low inteisidy cardio for an hour Every other Day that you dont pound away at the Weights and because ur cutting stick to the 9-12 rep 30-40 second rest rule to exzaust your self

    **NEW PROGRESS PIC POSTED** ATE CLEAN THIS WK. KETO STICK HAS GOOD COLOR. WEIGHT DROPPED, MUSCLES ARE FULLER. NOT HUNGRY AND THE LOWER CARBS THIS WK WASN'T TOO BAD AS I STILL HAD STRENGTH FOR LIFTS. OVERALL GOOD WK.
